Grandpa also enjoys the AESTHETICS of LOVELY LADIES, and put a few of his favorite pictures in the STAIRWELL, where the pair of you can APPRECIATE them on the way down EVERY MORNING. They’re OKAY, you GUESS, but your Grandpa has DIFFERENT TASTES than you do.

This is the LIVING ROOM of the home you share with your grandpa. It is decorated according to your grandpa’s INTERESTS, but since you both share many interests, that makes it look A LOT LIKE YOUR ROOM.

You give the posters on your wall one final gaze before you leave into the world beyond.
The DARK MAGICIAN is your FAVORITE CARD from one of your favorite games, DUEL MONSTERS. You especially love that poster because it includes the Dark Magician’s partner in crime, the beautiful DARK MAGICIAN GIRL.
Next to it is a lovely snapshot of PYRAMIDS in EGYPT. You sure love Egypt. Sometimes, you wonder if you LIVED THERE in a PAST LIFE. Of course, that would be COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS, but it’s still fun to think about.
You also put up a little picture of the LOGO of the game you’re waiting for, SBURB. You don’t know much about it, but ONE OF YOUR FRIENDS asked all of you to play it with him, and he has good taste, so it’s probably REALLY AWESOME.
On the side of your window, you have a poster of a BEAUTIFUL WOMAN. Your Grandpa always said that there was nothing wrong with APPRECIATING the AESTHETICS of the FEMALE FORM, and you AGREE with him.

Your STRIFE SPECIBUS is CHAINKIND, and your current favorite weapon, your KUSARI GAMA, is already stashed safely in your STRIFE DECK.
Your GRANDPA taught you how to use it in hopes that you would FOLLOW IN HIS FOOTSTEPS as a ROGUE GAMBLING ADVENTURER. You’re pretty good with it, but you’d never use it on a person. The blade isn’t even sharp.

You could use some caffeine right about now, to wake up your brain. There’s probably still some coffee left in the coffeemaker downstairs, your GRANDPA tends not to finish the pot in the morning.
If you’re quick, you can get your fix, check to see if the beta’s arrived, and be back upstairs without a confrontation.
